Q: What is the difference between an invoice and a receipt?
A: Invoices are NOT submittable to insurance companies. They are sent out following appointments to let you know how much you owe for the session. Receipts are sent after we receive your payment. Our administrative assistant works Monday mornings and Thursday evenings, so you will only receive your receipt on the Monday or Thursday after you pay your invoice.
